About Me
Hi, I’m Wendy, I’ve been a Holistic Therapist for 25+years. My journey started with Beauty Therapy and Hair dressing, where i enjoyed the hands on approach to helping people feel relaxed and cared for. i realised then that Selfcare was essential to our mental wellbeing.
Having always enjoyed physical fitness and Health.
In 2017 i trained as a Health & Wellbeing Coach, and in 2019 as a Counsellor. My mission is to support, educate and empower others on ways to take charge of their Physical and Mental Health.
Gaining qualifications in Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, CBT, NLP, Personal Training and Fitness instructing gave me many skills & interventions to offer my clients.
Along side this i run another business. Supporting Teenagers into independence. This has given me a great knowledge and understanding of the complex nature of challenging behaviour. Plus tried and tested practices on how to manage and address it using a person centred approach.
I now offer a combined approach, tailored for my clients individual wants and needs.
And i look forward to helping you on your journey to Healthier, Happier future.

My person Centred approach is ensures we move at your pace. Drawing from my Counselling and life coaching skills, I aim to understand your unique needs and work with you to achieve your desired outcomes.
I will take a holistic approach to help you recognise the challenges you are facing and support you in approaching them from a fresh perspective. I will also work to provide you with the tools to initiate positive changes within yourself and your surroundings while assisting you in planning for a more hopeful future.
