- Service Provision: Services are provided by Wendy Hutton, who holds a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling, is registered with the BACP, and has other relevant qualifications.
- Booking Appointments: Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. All appointments are subject to availability.
3. Fees and Payment
- Session Fees: Fees are as follows:
- Adults: £60 per session
- Children (under 18 years): £35 per session
- Payment Terms: Payments must be made at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and credit/debit cards.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
- Confidentiality: All client information is kept confidential and is only shared with third parties with your explicit consent, or if required by law.
